Sacred Terms of Service

Kundalini Reiki, as practiced by David A. Richards under the Galighticus lineage, is a holistic, spiritual, and energy-based healing modality. It is designed to empower your energetic body and promote spiritual balance. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric evaluation and care.Unearthed Flames does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with treatments of licensed medical professionals.

Energy healing involves a deep spiritual exchange and requires a foundation of mutual respect, safety, and energetic alignment. Because of the sacred nature of this work, David A. Richards and Unearthed Flames reserve the ultimate right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If service is refused after payment has been collected but before the session begins, a full refund will be issued. Refusal may occur if there is perceived energetic misalignment, disrespect to the practitioner or the lineage, or if it is determined that the client would be better served by a licensed medical or mental health professional.

• All Sales Final: Due to the energetic preparation required, all sales for Reiki sessions, KRC Units, and NPC Units are generally final and non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked session, you must do so within the designated 24-hour window. A $45 rescheduling fee will apply for changes made outside of this originally scheduled date/time.
• Punctuality: Distance healing sessions begin exactly at the scheduled time. Missed sessions without prior communication forfeit the session fee.
• Deposits: Multi-session packages (e.g., Situational Reiki) require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is strictly due prior to the commencement of the first session.

Physical purchases, such as Kundalini Reiki Conductor (KRC) Units and Nature Powered Crystal (NPC) Units, are crafted and attuned with sacred energy. Because these involve natural elements (crystals, sage), slight variations in appearance are expected and normal. These tools are meant to facilitate spiritual cleansing and energetic amplification; they are not medical devices.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your journey is sacred. All information shared during consultations, sessions, or via email is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Notes taken during sessions are for the practitioner's use to track your energetic progress and are secured privately.

6. Limitation of Liability

By participating in services or purchasing products from Unearthed Flames, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own well-being. Under no circumstances will David A. Richards or Unearthed Flames be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, products, or spiritual services.
